“Light – Science and Art in Photography”
Join us Tuesday, November 11, from 6:30–8:30 p.m. at the Kerr Arts & Cultural Center for a presentation by photographer and lighting designer Renee Cooley. Titled “Light: Science and Art in Photography,” this talk explores how light’s qualities—direction, intensity, contrast, and color—shape both our perception of the physical world and our emotional response to images.
Renee brings a unique perspective from her career in architectural lighting design and her MFA in photography from Yale. Now retired and living in Texas, she’s focused on refining her personal body of photographic work.
Free and open to all.
Members are invited to submit up to 10 images which will be shown
during our HCCC Holiday Dinner!!
Your images may be a themed collection or simply images that you just like.
Images should be 1-2 MB in size, in jpg file format and sent as attachments.
