APRIL PHOTOSHARE CHALLENGE-

“ABSTRACT”

ABSTRACT ART – The term ‘abstract’ in art refers to the importance of the elements and principles of design, rather that subject matter.  Abstract artists select and then exaggerate or simplify the forms suggested by the world around them.  On the other hand, Non-Objective art contains no apparent of identifiable reference to reality.  The two terms are often confused.
